We had the pleasure of working with Curt to sell our home and Mark to purchase our new one and they exceeded every expectation.

Curt helped us sell our home in less than 72 hrs AND for over asking price (really impressive especially in today's market). From the beginning, we trusted his expertise completely. We followed his recommendations and results spoke for themselves. His knowledge and confidence throughout the entire process made selling our home feel almost effortless.

Mark was equally great in helping us find our home. I can honestly say this is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. From day one, Mark was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions (I had a ton!!!) and showed up for every meeting, walkthrough, and even my design selection process, which was timely because it was a new build!! This last sale was a sale from HELL for sure, but on my part. There were curve balls left and right dealing with me. I am no stranger to real estate transactions, having bought and sold a number of primary residences and investment properties over the past decade. I went into my most recent sale and purchase transactions looking for professionals who were  truly attentive and made me feel like a priority. I found that in GreatHomesATL.

Selling two homes in a tough market is no small feat, and Curt handled it with incredible professionalism and determination. The marketing, the connections, the strategy - I watched in awe as Curt set out to get my two homes sold. I was already under contract for a new build and the clock was ticking! Curt stayed focused, proactive, and communicative every step of the way, navigating challenges and keeping everything on track. His expertise, persistence, and problem-solving made what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable. I don’t know where to begin in thanking Mark and Curt for making finding our new home a success!

They really took care of the insides of purchasing a home and taught us things we were not privy to during our first ever consultation. Their website offers a consultation where we were able to do a meet and greet and ask all of our questions as new home buyers via video call. The owners of GreatHomesATL definitely make you feel welcomed from the start.

They are called Great Homes Atlanta for a reason. The customer service was great, the responsiveness via email and text was great and their knowledge with homes was great. I truly appreciate Mark for being able to obtain all of our asks from the seller and more. My husband and I went with new construction and GreatHomesAtlanta represented us from day one until closing. They also gave a closing gift, which I thought was so thoughtful.

You can tell when you're working with an experienced professional, especially in real estate when things can change quickly.

He kept communication flowing smoothly, getting information to and from the seller quickly so there were no delays. At the time I was not looking into buying a home but I appreciated the reels and videos bothering Mark and Curt posted. By mid 2023 I decided to start the pre approval process and scheduled a zoom meeting with not really expecting much from the meeting but boy was I wrong. They are both really personable and very knowledgeable in their expertise of work. By the end of the Zoom I left feeling more knowledgeable about the home buying experience and more confident that home buying could be in my future. Now let’s fast forward two years later I have officially became a new home buyer and I would not have done it so seamlessly without Mark. I don’t even know where to start with this review because there’s so many great things to say! Mark and Curt are exceptional at what they do and it shows from the exact minute you meet them. My husband had been following them online for years so when it came time to purchase our new home we only wanted the best and we knew where to go. From the consultation, to them making sure we got our incentives (which the builder did not tell us about until they asked for us), to referring us a great inspector (builder told us within 48 hours we would need and inspection and they made it happen) and closing day with us… we were treated like family. We always felt comfortable asking questions and knowing we would get a timely and knowledgeable response - this is big for me! We never had to wait for ANYTHING. And not to mention the “what’s in the bag” which was like being a kid again on Christmas Day. Their brand is professional and they truly give it the most personal touch! The process was great and their expertise when it comes to listing the home is 2nd to none.  We had offers within 16 hours of listing and sold for over asking price.

Mark and Curt are literally the most genuine, authentic and hardworking people we’ve come across in a very long time. Their Personalities alone is what sealed the deal when it came to coming to them to help us find our new home.

I started following them on social media a few years ago and I loved the information they provided and the quality of work I saw on their Instagram page. When my husband and I were ready to start our home buying process I reached out to them and they immediately greeted me with "welcome to the family". I loved that. Great homes directed me to their preferred lender and we worked with Mario who is absolutely amazing. Once we got preapproved and we had our zoom consult, they took us on as clients and we started working together.  In the beginning we were a little nervous, because of the inventory, the area and the price point we desired, but Mark was really good at understanding what we wanted and being patient with the process. We ended up finding a house we loved in the area we wanted before our lease was up. Once we were under contract the process was SEAMLESS!  Mark even negotiated our closing costs above what the seller was offering. YES! GHATL is the total package. Not only are they experts in the real estate field, but the connections that come with them were amazing. Our lender, the inspector, the processor, the attorneys, everyone they suggested were amazing.  They even had gifts for us on our closing day. Wow! We gravitated to them because of their extensive educational content on how to prepare yourself for home ownership and the market trends.
Once we decided that we were ready to enter the market and begin our home search, we knew we wanted to work with them. Throughout the year long process of building a new home (from another state), Mark and Curt checked in on us and our building progress periodically and even provided video updates so that we could witness our home being built.
As first time home buyers we’d heard horror stories about working with difficult agents and feeling pressured to buy something we didn’t love, but with GreatHomesAtl we were treated like family.

Exceptional quality service from a team that treats you like family.

Mark, Curt, and the other agents are fantastic to work with. They have fantastic referrals for prequalifying on the home, home inspectors, etc.

My spouse and I worked with Mark & Curt to determine which areas would fit our family needs and budget. We were able to go under budget and find the perfect house being built for us all within 30 mins of Atlanta.

From helping us through our process to giving me advice when I ask, me picking his brain about what cabinets and counter tops go together lol down to the education they provide for their followers. Mark original  sent me these homes a month prior but I didn’t think It was possible for me to get the home. After watering cocktails with Curt and some more educational videos I felt really confident and decided to go for it. They truly make you you feel like family. Not to mention the warming gifts were beautiful and so appreciated. What sets them aside from other realtors  is that they pride them selves on educating everyone and getting thrum prepared to be home owners they aren’t just out for the money. Wow! I cant say ENOUGH about Great Homes ATL..Made buying a house such a breeze for my wife and I! Mark’s expertise and knowledge was phenomenal. He’s very down to earth with a warm inviting personality and his work ethic is beyond amazing and very responsive.

I can’t say enough good things about the GreathomesATL team as a first time homebuyer.  Mark was always very helpful and gave great advice on our new construction home buying process. I felt like he was honest in his answers to my questions and was very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Even when we hit little bumps in the road while under contract he used his skills to get me through it and was always very reassuring while still being real with us.

There were plenty bumps on the road that caused our process to last 14 months long instead of the original 3 months that was planned. Even though we mainly dealt with Mark we felt Curt's spirit with us (DaFuq.....lol)Through all of it Mark was with us, always there when we had questions or advice. The level of professionalism shown by this company is unmatched. Not to mention all of the FREE content that's available through them, there is no reason why any one can't be a homeowner. He was transparent (which was perfect for my Fiancé and I) and gave us all the necessary steps in order to make our first home purchase as painless as possible. He was there to educate us through the difficult moments, advocate for us when we had issues with our lender, and gave us advise and insight from his own personal experience. My fiance had been following the @GreathomesATL page on Instagram where we began to fall in love with the beautiful homes that he would showcase. As we were living in NY while looking for a home in GA, it truly helped us shorten the process. We started our home search process in Feb 2019 and found Mark in July. After hearing so many nightmare stories about the home buying process; (especially if you choose to build like we did)  we were going into this process a bit apprehensive. Needless to say, this whole 6 month process went off without a hitch! From choosing a home, the lender and working through the entire process, Mark and Curtis were there to guide us every step of the way.  We never felt they were too busy to give us a call or text back. If we had concerns about the build or general questions about paperwork,  numbers, etc... they were right on it. The Great Homes ATL team definitely had our back. I still can't believe how wonderful this process was. Mark also attended walk throughs with us, which was extremely helpful considering we didn't know exactly all the right questions to ask and what to look for. Closing day was such a breeze, as was this entire process. I feel like the hardest thing about it is having to pack up now!
